Delta Gems                                    Stephanie Morales & Cynthia Jackson
Delta Gems is an annual program geared toward mentoring young ladies aged 14-18. The Delta GEMS framework is composed of five major components (Scholarship, Sisterhood, Show Me the Money, Service, and Infinitely Complete), forming a road map for college and career planning. Topics within the five major components are designed to provide interactive lessons and activities that provide opportunities for self-reflection and individual growth.

This program offers Sorors an opportunity to pay homage to our Founder's and to network with each other. This year, our program will take place on 21 Jan 06, and our guest speaker will be our Regional Director, Soror Wendy Johnson.

Greek Show                                         Nicol Martin
The step show features Sororities and Fraternities from throughout Europe. Stepping is a historical form of communication and storytelling. Our step show is an opportunity to convey positive messages of sororities and fraternities and provide general information about the various Greek organizations that exist in Germany. The purpose of the step show is to raise scholarship funds for DODDS students in Europe. The step show occured on 5 Nov 05.

This event serves as an opportunity to award scholarships from the fundraisers held during the year. Also, it is a time that we present young ladies, grades 7-12, in the annual Cotillion. Jabberwock will be held in Kaiserslautern on 26 Mar 06.

Throughout the year this committee assists all other committees in planning their events for the chapter calendar. Special Programs are also planned such as International Day, S.E.E and Real World education program.

RETREAT                             Michelle Ayler
An opportunity for Sorors to reunite and recommit to chapter programs in a relaxed setting. This year the Retreat took place in Garmisch, Germany at the Edelweiss Hotel from 11-13 Nov 05

Scholarship Gala                                   Lavita Emerson & La'Shonia White - The scholarship gala will take place on 11 Feb, 2006 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. This is a formal event (ball) for Sorors and their guests and the funds that are raised are utilized for scholarship money for DODDS students. Our guest speaker will be our National Secretary, Soror Doris McEwen Walker.

Social Action                                  Mimi Stewart Butler
establishes and maintains a working relationship with the community by sponsoring and participating in programs which address educational, civic, and political issues. The Committee actively encourages its Voter Education and Registration Drive

Stay At Home Tea                                Sharon Bell-Ford
A virtual universal tea party which takes place on 11 Dec 05. The event helps to raise scholarship funds for DODDS students in Europe. This year a "High Tea" will take place in Schwetzingen. Sorors and guests will be asked to wear hats and gloves.
