“A Public Service Sorority”

The Chapter supports the USO in their quarterly “Wounded Warrior” Dinners at the Landstuhl USO Wounded Warrior Center. This is a joint community project with other organizations throughout the year.

Deltas in the Stuttgart area have assisted Sister Margaret at the  “Francesca Stube”  with yearly water donations and a Water Dispenser.  The area Deltas collect water donations and also assist with a clothing drive in support of the 100 homeless visitors that come to the Francesca stube (Breakfast Soup Kitchen) daily for a Breakfast in the city of  Stuttgart.

The Chapter committee is involved in a variety of International Programs.

Delta Sigma Theta provides an extensive array of public service initiatives through its Five-Point Program Thrust of Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political  awareness and Involvement.
